There are moments that leave us speechless. Moments when you look back, feel proud, and at the same time look forward full of anticipation. The TriestEspresso Expo 2026 was exactly such a moment for us!
At one of the most important international trade fairs in the Italian coffee industry, in the heart of Trieste – a city that stands for Italian coffee culture like no other –, KUNTRAWANT was awarded as the “Torrefazione Caffè Gourmet 2027” during the presentation of the renowned coffee guide “Guida dei Caffè e delle Torrefazioni d’Italia 2027”.
An incredible honor and recognition that fills us with great pride!
The coffee guide, published by Bibliotheca Culinaria and curated by coffee experts Andrej Godina and Mauro Illiano, focuses on the diversity and quality of the Italian coffee world. More than 200 coffee roasteries and 1200 coffees were examined for the new edition.
That Kuntrawant was awarded for the exceptional quality and taste refinement of its coffees in this demanding environment means a lot to us. We are especially pleased that our Stelvio Endurance Espresso was awarded “Tre Macinini”, the highest rating of the coffee guide.
What once began with an idea, a dream, and a lot of passion in Prad in Vinschgau has now led us to this special national recognition. Our path has been and continues to be shaped by curiosity, courage, perseverance, and the tireless desire to discover and further develop coffee again and again.
Because for us, coffee is much more than just a drink. Coffee is emotion. Coffee is craftsmanship. Coffee is culture. And above all, coffee is our passion. Every bean, every roast, and every cup tells a piece of our story. A story that we continue to write every day with enthusiasm, the highest quality standards, and a lot of heart and soul.
This award is not only a reason to celebrate for us, but above all a great motivation to continue our path consistently. With new ideas, with enthusiasm, and with the conviction that true quality comes from passion.
